I love working with teens and young adults who are ready to better understand themselves, build confidence and self-esteem, strengthen healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with greater resilience. My approach is genuine, collaborative, and direct. I help teens improve their relationships with themselves and others while feeling respected, challenged, and supported as they grow.

Therapy is about more than having someone listen, it's about creating meaningful change. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen your relationships, and develop practical ways to move toward the life you want. I work best with adults who are curious, motivated, and ready to take an active role in their own growth.

Healthy relationships don't happen by accident. They're built through honest communication, intentional love, and working as a team. Whether you're feeling disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, or struggling to rebuild trust, we'll work together to better understand your relationship patterns, improve communication, and create a stronger, more secure connection. My approach is active, compassionate, and focused on helping both partners move forward together.
Allie is currently completing a two-year certification in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) through the Relational Life Institute. I provide clinical supervision for LSWs and SWCs working toward licensure, with specialized experience in the treatment of eating disorders, attachment-based therapy, and couples work. My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and appropriately challenging, helping clinicians build confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and develop their own authentic therapeutic voice.
I genuinely enjoy mentoring fellow therapists and believe high-quality supervision should be accessible. Sliding-scale supervision is available for clinicians seeking support as they grow in their careers. If you're looking for a thoughtful, engaged supervisor, I'd love to connect.
